What happens after I’ve chosen a new Broadband product?

We upload your product choice into the supplier’s system and they then take on all the actions required in the background to switch your supply over to them. They will be in touch directly on next steps and in mostly all cases this is seamless.

Who will keep me updated on the progress of the switch?

The new supplier will keep you notified of progress, but you are welcome to call our customer helpline if you have any further questions.
